Qualifying defects in materials and workmanship during normal intended use may be eligible for a replacement or other remedy. This is not accidental-damage coverage. Normal wear, drops, exposure to heat, forced lids/slides and attempts to insert incompatible bullion are excluded. Registration is not required to inquire about coverage; provide proof of purchase and clear defect photos. Contact us using your original marketplace's order support for claims. Do not mail products without instructions.
Shipping charges: We will disclose any applicable shipping cost before a customer agrees to an approved replacement; consumer law may require us to cover costs in particular situations. The lifetime period refers to the normal usable life of the original storage case. This section is a preliminary summary, not final complete warranty terms.
